Potential direct-hire candidates, for example, are thoroughly screened through background investigations, seven-year criminal history evaluation and multiple professional reference checks. We also conduct skills testing for Microsoft Word, typing, legal spelling and vocabulary and more, at the request of clients. Additionally, we often use a team approach in interviewing so that multiple assessments are made of a candidate.

Fees for direct-hire placements range from 15% to 20% of the first year’s annual salary based on the complexity of the skill set sought; however, creativity is one of our core values and we do our part to respond to unique client needs and market demand by remaining flexible in fee negotiations.
