Intellectual Property Attorney
Attorney provides legal advice on all company matters related to intellectual property (IP). Responsible for managment of IP related litigation, responding to patent assertions, and communicating with outside counsel. Participate in negotiation and drafting of IP related licenses. Provides discovery and pre-trial support.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in patent related litigation, pre-trial support, negotiating and drafting patent license agreements and settlements. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
Law School Degree (JD), California State Bar Licensed, Advanced degree in technology related field.
