2. What locations does Exclusively Legal serve?
Our staffing team provides job opportunities and comprehensive employment services for professionals in the legal field from our California and Nevada headquarters in San Diego and Las Vegas. In addition, we provide temporary and professional legal staffing services from our satellite locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Orange County. The law firms we work with range from the world's largest international firms to sole practitioners. We also work with corporate legal departments of large Fortune 500 companies as well as small privately held corporations. Many of our clients work exclusively with us for their staffing needs, which means their employment opportunities are available in a relatively hidden job market that can only be accessed through Exclusively Legal.

4. Can I register with other professional staffing agencies or is this an exclusive relationship?
Our legal recruiters are 100% committed to helping candidates discover legal job opportunities that fit their needs and professional goals; however, candidates are welcome to register with other professional staffing companies to investigate potential employment opportunities. We will remain available to offer insight and expert assistance on all things legal. This distinguishes us from other staffing companies in the markets we serve.
5. What is involved in the registration process and does it include testing?
The thought of working with an employment agency to find legal jobs can sometimes be intimidating, which is why our recruiters have made our registration process as simple as possible. The process begins with an applicant’s online resume submission. Once we find a position that fits the applicant’s qualifications, we schedule time to meet him or her face-to-face.
The in-person meeting allows our recruiters to better understand a candidate’s goals, skills and personality. This is followed by skills testing and reference and background checks. Throughout the process, we try to remain as flexible as possible for scheduling based on the candidate’s availability.
Our San Diego and Las Vegas offices also set aside time each week to meet with professionals in the legal field, whether or not they have formally engaged us for their job search. No appointment is necessary during our Walk-in Wednesday, when professionals can meet with one of our legal recruiters to answer any questions they may have.
6. How often should I contact my legal recruiter?
Because we value building relationships with the people we interact with, our legal staffing team stays in close contact with our candidates; however, candidates should keep in touch with their legal recruiters periodically, preferably by e-mail. This allows us to readjust our job search strategies according to the needs of our candidates and helps us stay on top of delivering service that exceeds expectations.
7. How confidential is my resume?
At Exclusively Legal, we believe establishing trust is a fundamental aspect of building relationships with our applicants. Therefore, all candidate resumes are treated with the strictest confidentiality at our legal employment agency. It’s the policy of our recruiters to never submit a resume to a client without our candidate's prior permission. This is just one way we display integrity, one of our five core values.
8. How soon can I expect to start working?
While some candidates are able to start their new jobs the same week as they apply, we can’t always guarantee such a brief timeline. How soon applicants start working depends on their skill set and the market demand. If a candidate is a suitable match for current legal employment opportunities, he or she may be placed in a new job promptly; however, if a candidate does not qualify for current openings, we’ll try to match them with future openings as quickly as possible.
