After applicants submit their resume, we contact them to confirm their submission. If there are no current openings that match an applicant’s qualifications, we’ll do our best to match them with future employment openings.

We meet with candidates face-to-face to discover exactly what they’re looking for in contract or direct-hire law jobs. Candidates may also be tested to ensure they meet job qualifications. Screening is typically done in the office and usually takes about one hour. After a candidate begins a contract or direct-hire position, we keep the doors of communication open and offer support when needed.
