How does Exclusively Legal work?
When a client has a job opportunity, we introduce qualified candidates based on
the kind of person and experience level they are seeking. We communicate with hiring
managers and candidates and act as a liaison to assist in constructing offers. We
conduct in-depth interviews, perform reference checks and maintain regular communication
with clients and candidates.

How long have you been providing legal staffing services?
Exclusively Legal was founded in San Diego in 1988 to address the temporary and
full-time staffing needs of the legal community. We are now able to provide services
in more than a dozen locations across the United States.
How are your service fees structured?
For temporary projects, clients usually find that by billing by the hour or by the
project is most efficient and cost effective. For direct-hire searches and staffing,
our clients are billed a percentage of the first year's annual salary.
