At Exclusively Legal, we take the time to get to know you and your career goals.
Here's what you can expect once you submit your resume and/or pre-qualification
application to a staffing consultant:
- A recruiter will contact you by phone to discuss your work experience and career
goals.
- Once you're satisfied that Exclusively Legal will meet your career needs, your recruiter
will provide you with our full application, which may be completed online.
- After reviewing your application, your staffing consultant will arrange a meeting
with you at the Exclusively Legal offices. This will include:
- Skills tests. Appropriate tests will be determined, based on your experience
level, area(s) of expertise, and career goals.
- Personal interview. Our staffing consultants will ask you in-depth questions
to gain knowledge of your career history, strengths, goals and objectives, future
career plans, desired work environment, salary goals, and personal schedule preferences.
- Your staffing consultant will share your profile with the Exclusively Legal team
and collaborate on the best opportunities for you.
- Once we find a position that matches your skills and experience, we will discuss
the details of the job with you. If you are interested in the position, we will
present your qualifications to our client organization.
- Most clients with direct-hire positions, and many clients with contract opportunities
request a candidate interview before offering a position. We will facilitate the
interview and provide you with contact and location information. After your interview,
we share detailed feedback from the client on the meeting results.
- If you are offered a direct-hire position, Exclusively Legal will help you negotiate
a salary and benefits package that satisfies your requirements. Compensation for
contract assignments is generally established at the time of the position request
and will be shared with you before you agree to interview.
- If you accept an offer, either for a contract or direct-hire position, we stay in
touch with both you and your new employer, and will always be available to assist
in resolving any issues with your new position.
